今日下晝竟然可以的起心肝去跑~~真係我自己都估自己唔到~XDD

真係好耐冇跑喇,加埋天氣又熱,一如所料無論跑既距離同時間都
比之前慢好多,跑左8k都已經要59:47,比以前慢左頗多下...雖然天氣
熱係一個重要因素...不過可能我既體能真係下降左>.<

得閒要再練練先得喇!!!唔係的話係出年馬拉松係一個鐘內跑完10k
既目標真係凍過水喇...

得閒要繼續練水加跑步!!一定要練好體能去衝擊中超&馬拉松!!!
